The Lewes Calendar 2022 (Includes postage to the UK)
The Lewes Calendar is made up of beautiful photos taken 'in and around Lewes'.
It aims to showcase the work of local photographers, raise a donation for a local cause and let us all enjoy the delightful town of Lewes.
How much is it ?
In the UK calendars are £12 each including postage/packaging/delivery/an extra envelope in case you choose to gift the calendar. Abroad calendars are £20. (See separate listing).
Please order your calendar as soon as possible as I need to decide how many to print! Orders received by the end of November should be dispatched in plenty of time for Christmas.
The calendar is an A4 booklet calendar which opens up to give an A3 calendar on the wall. It includes space for you to add your family's activities.
If you want to see last year's calendar look at the Facebook group 'The Lewes Calendar' where there is a video at the top.
What charity will The Lewes Calendar 2022 be supporting?
The Lewes Calendar 2022 will be supporting a local charity - Oscar’s Wish Foundation. The charity supports families who suffer the loss of a baby before, during or shortly after childbirth. The donation to Oscar's Wish Foundation will be half the profit from the sales of the calendar. Last year's calendar raised £244.76 for the causes. Why a calendar?
In March 2020 I started a covid response group - The Lewes Coronavirus Volunteers. It was a demanding task and taking daily photos on my daily walk became a nice antidote. I saw that others would benefit just as I did. I created a Facebook group called Lewes Photography where pictures could be posted. This group has a pleasant and supportive vibe and soon many fabulous pictures were being added. I wondered how the fabulous work of the local photographers posting in this group could be promoted. The idea for The Lewes Calendar was born.
with mental health.
